Sweet 15 immersive comedy is a riotous play about a long-lost father reuniting with his quirky Latino family for a belated Quinceañera. Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Moe’s Cantina - River North 155 W. Kinzie St. Chicago, IL 60654

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The experience will be approx. 3 hours total.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes, tables of 10 with shared seating between the groups.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

There are vegan options upon request. No gluten free options.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the time stated on your ticket. Please take parking, coat check, and seating into account.

What happens if I arrive late?

We will do our best to seat you quietly once the performance has commenced.

Can I bring animals?

No animals allowed.

Are service dogs allowed?

No animals allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

Ages 13 and up.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

We do not offer parking but we are located next to a parking garage.

What if the weather is bad?

Will not affect show performance.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

Yes, 15% off for military personnel and 1 guest. Must provide proof.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Sweet 15 can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
